Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source through a supplier in South Korea and sell original products manufactured in Korea by the brands. We do not sell unofficial copies or unmarked marketplace stock.
Where do the orders ship from?
Orders are prepared and shipped from our stock in South Korea. Bellure Beauty is based in Murcia, Spain — that is where the project started — but fulfilment happens in Korea so we stay close to the products.
How long does delivery take?
In Europe, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after the order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our stock. Timing can vary slightly by country and carrier.
Will I have to pay customs or extra taxes?
No. The price at checkout is the final price. VAT is included, and you should not receive a customs bill on delivery.
Do you ship across Europe?
Yes. We deliver to customers across Europe from South Korea, with tracking.
What if my order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect?
Email us at care@bellurebeauty.eu with your order number and photos. We will look at what happened and arrange a return or replacement.
Can I return a product?
If you are in the EU, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, for any reason.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned, unless the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
To start a return, contact care@bellurebeauty.eu first. Do not send the parcel back without hearing from us.
Who pays for the return?
If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return.
If you change your mind and the product is still unopened, we will explain the return process when you contact us.

Why are you based in Spain if the products ship from Korea?
Murcia is where Bellure started. Korea is where the products are prepared and sent. That split is intentional: a European shop, with fulfilment at the source.
